Located in a prime location at Sunset Beach, this home offers painless access to the pier, island shopping, as well as enchanting coffee stores and tempting sweet treats. The inviting open-concept main living area features ample seating for six at the dining table and an additional four at the kitchen bar.

Step onto the screened-in porch adjacent to the living room, where you're invited to linger and savor moments of tranquility. Whether it's a morning coffee, an afternoon siesta, or a cool evening breeze, this space is designed for relaxation.

For the ultimate expansive experience, ascend to the rooftop crow's nest, where beautiful morning sunrises and captivating evening sunsets await, offering a true "Byrd's Eye View" of the surroundings.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with ceiling fans and intelligent TVs, providing complimentary access to live TV and streaming apps with your personal login, ensuring entertainment at your fingertips.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-returnable after booking*

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $200 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the most suitable rental within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
