The first floor opens into a living room flooded with natural light. The upsized sectional invites you to appreciate a favorite film on the sizable flat screened TV while snuggled up with appreciated ones and a giant bowl of popcorn. The sturdy dining room table seats six, and additional seating for four at the adjacent kitchen counter means there is plenty of room to host intimate evening dinners or epic board game showdowns.

The entirely supplied kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a favorite recipe or your catch of the day. The laundry nook is located here as well to help ensure you don’t forget about that last load of beach towels that needs moved to the dryer!
