PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

No family pets of any kind

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.

*Please note this condo is on the 2nd floor, you have to walk stairs to access the unit (there is no elevator)*

For this home we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
