A short and straight walk to the beach with no side streets or busy traffic! This freshly constructed 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home on OKI has all the amenities and space you've been searching for! Highlights include a reverse and open floor plan, extravagant finishes with a coastal vibe throughout, and 4 covered porches for calming and entertaining outside. Here, you're only a fast walk from the grocery store, stores, eateries (Salt 64, Pelican Seafood, and Back 2 Shuckers!), ice cream, and even miniature golf and the arcade! This floor also has a half bathroom and a formal dining space with seating for 8. The first covered porch is off the kitchen and faces due West for delightful sunset vistas over the wetlands. The second covered deck is massive and features an outdoor dining table that seats up to 8 people.

The vaulted ceilings continue into the master bedroom, where you will find a opulent king bed, sizable flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a roomy walk-in shower. Heading downstairs, you'll find all 4 of the guest bedrooms on the first floor. With 3 queen bedrooms, each with a flatscreen TV, this is the ideal home for multiple couples traveling together or a multi-generational family. Two of the queen bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom outfitted with modern fixtures and a tub/shower combination.
