This floor also has a half bathroom and a formal dining space with seating for 8. The first covered porch is off the kitchen and faces due West for pretty sunset vistas over the wetlands. The second covered deck is massive and features an outdoor dining table that seats up to 8 people.

The vaulted ceilings continue into the master bedroom, where you will find a opulent king bed, huge flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a cavernous walk-in shower. Heading downstairs, you'll find all 4 of the guest bedrooms on the first floor. With 3 queen bedrooms, each with a flatscreen TV, this is the ideal home for multiple couples traveling together or a multi-generational family. Two of the queen bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom outfitted with modern fixtures and a tub/shower combination. The last queen bedroom shares a roomy Jack and Jill bathroom with the bunk bed bedroom (twin size bed on top, double size bed on the bottom).

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
