Located just over half a mile from the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse, this pretty home features a reverse floorplan and marvelous vistas of the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, plus charming amenities such as a private elevator and a pool table.

The open concept living area is flooded with natural light and features cathedral ceilings. Gleaming hardwoods, sandy neutrals and pops of fun color and nautical décor complete the beachy feel. Gather together across from the sizable flatscreen TV to share a favorite movie or watch the big game. The sturdy round dining table seats six, with an additional four seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. The modern kitchen provides plenty of counter space for meal preparation including a center island and stainless-steel appliances. A half bathroom is located off this space for convenience.
