Freshly modernized in 2020! Upgrades include: handsome bespoke constructed sizable kitchen with eat in bar, huge back deck with partially fenced in backyard, new beds, couches, huge bathroom vanities and wood floors. Take a 1 min. walk to the Intracoastal Waterway or a .6 mile drive to access the beach. Our home is dog and family friendly and conveniently located close to stores, grocery stores, eateries and family activities.

We strive to offer you a home away from home, complete with all your vacation essentials. Almost everything in the home is brand new and is kept extremely clean and tidy for our guests. We have enormous windows across the front of the home, letting in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Our refreshed space gives you a comfortable and comfortable place to rest after a long day of calming at the beach.

Check in is at 1 pm and the code to unlock the door will be included once home is available. Check out is at 9 am.

We are local to the area and can offer a fast response if you need any assistance during your stay. We have a dedicated professional contact for any emergency/cleaning or handyman needs. Please use contact supplied for immediate assistance during your stay.

Pillows, bed topper and linens for the air bed is kept in closet to be used as needed for guests. Although it is brand new, we suggest using bed topper to make sleeping more cozy.

When sending a booking request please notify me if you are bringing dog(s). There will be an additional deep cleaning fee if any evidence of a cat on property is found.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Caswell Beach and Bay Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting.

Get the most from your spending budget:

  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Summer is high season in Oak Island. To book the most suitable rental home within budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
