This alluring condo has a exceptional view of the ocean and the pool. It's a cavernous one-bedroom with a king bed, a top-floor unit for up to six guests. The pool is giant (closes October 1) and has a gated grass area with a bbq and private beach access. Linens are included! There is ample parking, and it's close to the eateries and nightlife! You will adore this top-floor oceanfront unit!

Interaction with guests:
Since we travel all the time, we use a fantastic management company that has been in the tourism industry for many years. They will be able to answer any questions and take care of any issues 24 hrs a day. Please savor this home as if it were yours.

I will supply you with an electronic code before you arrive. This will allow you to enter the front door. An owner's storage downstairs has some of my things inside. Feel complimentary to use that for your beach stuff.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. To get the best value, consider shifting your vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Be respectful. Often, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
