The living area features plenty of comfortable seating to snuggle up on and watch your favorite shows or movies on the 55-inch flatscreen TV. No expense was spared in the remodel of this oceanside bungalow! The entirely equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and striking cabinetry. The breakfast bar, with seating for up to 4, is the ideal spot for a fast morning treat or snacks throughout the day. And, when you're ready to sit down for a meal or to play a board game, the high-top dining table offers seating for 6.

The pretty design continues into all 4 bedrooms, with high ceilings, coastal-inspired furnishings, and an abundance of natural light! The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and gorgeous ocean vistas. The second bedroom features a king size bed, ocean vistas, and a flatscreen TV. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed and a flatscreen TV. The fourth and final bedroom is superb for kids and younger travelers, with 2 sets of bunk beds and a flatscreen TV. You'll find two cavernous shared bathrooms that have been handsomely modernized with bespoke tiled shower/tub combinations and modern finishings.

It has constructed-in bench seating and an outdoor shower to effortlessly rinse off after an afternoon or sunset walk on the beach. Downstairs on the ground level is where you will find the modernized laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and covered parking for two cars.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
