The location is 3rd row equivalent and ideally set on a relaxing beach access street in a peaceful neighborhood on the west end of OIB. It’s only 200 feet and a two min. walk to beach access and the wide beaches of the west end. Stairs have been removed from beach access for easier access in 2015.
