Come "Sea" us at this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home located right on South Beach. With handsome vistas of the dunes and ocean, this home gives the ideal floor plan for your family vacation. Located at the end of the culdesac and beach access right next to the home, you are sure to savor much needed Bald Head Time in this great home. All bedrooms except one have king beds with their own attached bathroom. This home has been modernized top to bottom and nothing has been left from the details. The downstairs has the living space and one bedroom and the other three bedrooms located upstairs to take in that view! Sit on the enormous deck and appreciate your morning coffee or favorite drink while feeling the ocean breeze. This home has access to the BHI club as well as the shoals club for separate purchase!

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in South Beach, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Lock your rental home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a terrific vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
