Freshly modernized, canal/waterfront home with dock located in the central part of the island near the pier. Less than 4 min. walk to the beach and pier! Short bicycle ride or walk to downtown. View the intracoastal while appreciating the cavernous dock, or the ocean from the front deck. Fish or crab from the dock, savor paddleboards on the canals, or simply relax in a hammock under the home. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the covered porches while listening to the ocean! This home has it all!

We also have paddleboards you can use in the canals, corn hole boards for the back yard, and bocce ball for the beach.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
