This is an Oceanfront two-bedroom condo located on the ninth floor of Atlantic Towers in Carolina Beach.

The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There is a king size bed in the bedroom number one and a TV. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a TV. There is a queen size sleeper couch in the living area and a TV. There are two full bathrooms with shower/bath combo. Located just mins. from the boardwalk with eateries and stores or the Aquarium in Ft Fisher.

The condo has superb and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling.   • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
