This is a one-bedroom oceanfront condo located on the seventh floor of Atlantic Towers in Carolina Beach. The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There are twin bunk beds constructed into an alcove in the hallway and a queen size sleeper couch in the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has superb and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options. Located just mins. from the boardwalk with eateries and stores or the aquarium in Ft Fisher.

Full housekeeping and maid service is included in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • To get the best rental home within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Wrightsville Beach attractions and restaurants.

  • Property managers often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
