Welcome to FAMILY TIDES!! we want to invite you to appreciate our 5 bedroom, 5 and 1/2 bath home.
It was designed with families in mind and is less than a 1 min. walk to the beach access. We’re sure you and your family will make phenomenal memories here.

This is a reverse floor plan with an elevator to all floors. The entry level has 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with triple bunk beds! Yes, that's correct (check out the photos) sleeps 6. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's.
Also, on this level is a seating area with TV and a combination pool and air hockey table. Off the sitting area is a porch/balcony overlooking the pool area.

On the main or upper level you will find a charmingly designed great room with kitchen, dining and sizable seating area. Also on this level is a queen bedroom and a king bedroom. The upper deck overlooks the pool area and has the stairway to the crow’s nest. The vistas from the crow’s nest of ocean and marsh are striking. Sunrise from the crow’s nest is handsome!

Not in the beach mood? No worries! Appreciate our outdoor getaway - lounge in the sun, play in the pool and savor a cold drink at the Tiki Bar all while watching TV. POOL HEATER JUST INSTALLED! There is an additional charge of $70 per day for pool heater.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Holden Beach and Big Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Traveling with kids? Consider Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.

If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
