Casa de Ventanas was thoughtfully restored with modern finishes throughout the entire space. This inviting home is located just 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach & 5 miles to Historic Downtown.

With 3,000sq, there is ample space to relax and relax after a day of exploring. You will not find a more private backyard to savor morning coffee or an evening drink.

When you walk into Casa de Ventanas you'll be greeted with high ceilings and coastal décor from local artists. The first thing you'll see is an additional sizable granite island serving as the ideal location for morning coffee & making plans for the day.

The main hallway offers 3 bedrooms along the front of the home and half bath, full bath, and laundry room on the left side of the hallway. All bedrooms have privacy shades. At the end of the hallway is the oversize master bedroom with private bathroom and huge bespoke glass shower. **All closets are locked - there are dressers in each room for clothes**

When you move past the sitting room, you’ll step down towards the living room looking at 12 upsized windows to the backyard and understand why we're called the home of windows.

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • Summer time is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To get the best value, change your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
