Downtown Wilmington offers a wide variety of stores, eateries, bars, clubs, shows, and one of Wilmington's most beloved attractions, The Wilmington Riverwalk. The home is 5 mins. away from all these attractions but only 2 mins. away from the Cargo District which is packed with unique businesses to shop, drink, eat, and socialize even including a dog bar! Want to have a beach day, only a 20 min. commute! Want to visit the University of North Carolina at Wilmington college, only an 8 min. commute. And for anyone working at the New Hanover Regional Hospital, only 2 miles as well as public transportation commute! Never worry about car parking, the huge driveway fits at least 3 cars and side parking as well.
