When staying at the "Holiday Home" you and your family/friends will appreciate a comfortable calming home with nice touches inside and out. The back yard features a nice patio and a fire pit. This Wilmington Mid-town location has all kinds of points of interest (eateries, shopping, beaches, historic sites, etc) within short distance. The nearest grocery store and pharmacy are less than a min. away if you drive there; some guests could walk to those places or ride a bicycle since it is so close.

• When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.

If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
