On the top floor an broad, open floor plan unfolds – a seamless integration of kitchen, half bath, living, and dining areas, strategically positioned to capture mesmerizing ocean vistas throughout the day. Seven decks, including a crow's nest offering a expansive 360-degree view of the ocean and canal, invite you to appreciate your morning coffees or evening beverages. Our home is especially well appointed as the end unit closest to the boardwalk with a handsome view of both the ocean and boardwalk.
Choose between two coffee makers, a traditional drip/pod machine or the Phillips Lattego for expertly crafted cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffees, and espressos. There is a huge TV in the living room with Roku access. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas offer comfortable seating for up to 10 guests and 7 kitchen stools offer versatile spaces for dining.

The pool is open April 1 - October 31 and is not heated. We are a non-smoking property and do not allow family pets.
