Welcome to the Luxury Loft in Downtown Wilmington! Located on Water Street across from the famed Downtown River Walk and Cape Fear River, you are the ideal spot for your Wilmington Vacation. Whether you are coming for weddings, festivals, races, events, or just as a fast hideaway, you will be so glad you chose to stay here. You have found your home away from home with a full kitchen, full bath, 1st-floor accommodations, and a loft bedroom with queen bed! Please note that our comfortable sleeping quarters are located in a LOFT accessed by stairs, surrounded by a bespoke metal railing designed by a local blacksmith. Note: While up in the loft area, you will not be able to stand up completely. Guests with back problems or difficulty climbing narrow stairs may find it challenging to navigate the sleeping quarters.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the hallway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded gate, and guests can check in with a keypad entry.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot next to the building.

  • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.

If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
