Ideal for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen with tons of cabinets, cavernous dining area and an impressive living area. Giant laundry room and pantry. A great garage with mini refrigerator for beach drinks. Beach Cart for chairs and beach toys. Four bicycles, beach chairs, and workout bench. Nice fenced in back yard, shaded with sizable tree and seating around tree. Ground floor has bed room and bath with queen bed and TV and access to back yard.
