You can appreciate water vistas from either of the units 2 decks. The public beach access is just steps away from the door. And you’ll savor the entirely outfitted kitchen to prepare meals when you aren’t dining at the many eateries on the island.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.
