“Isle be Back” features a enchanting open floor plan that maximizes the kitchen space and function without compromising the spectacular vistas. The blue hues carry through the open kitchen, dining area, and living room which flow out to the balcony for unobstructed view of the seemingly countless Atlantic! Savor the charming landscape from the master bedroom has a king bed which also features an access to the balcony and its own stylishly refreshed bathroom. The guest room is furnished with bunk beds and a separate twin bed with trundle – great for kids! For bigger families there is a sleeper couch in the living room that can be utilized.
The beautiful Station One complex offers spectacular ocean vistas from your private balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and just steps from the beach, local stores, and eateries.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. The Station One complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W528 – Isle be Back” as a vacation rental.
