The main living space of this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the ideal place to reunite with family, relax, and savor quality time. You will adore sitting on the ocean front porch with a hot cup of coffee while the sun rises. A 65” Sony Intelligent TV helps cater to movie nighttime or sports event. The Station One complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
