Delphi is a generously decorated and well maintained ocean front beach home located in the charming Yaupon Beach area of Oak Island.

Delphi is conveniently located near the main Oak Island bridge, for simple access to mainland and Southport, and less than a mile from the Oak Island town center, stores, eateries, cafes, and the only grocery store on the island !

The home is located on a huge corner lot with plenty of parking and direct beach access. It’s on a peaceful street with minimal traffic and road noise. A big plus given that most ocean front homes on the island are along the main busy road.

Appreciate over 2000 sf of living space with handsome ocean vistas. There are four cavernous bedrooms, living room, dining room, loft, kitchen, 3.5 baths, enormous deck and a gazebo by the beach. Two ocean front master bedrooms, one on each floor, with king size beds and a private ensuite, plus two other bedrooms, each with two full/queen beds.

There is an HDTV, HD cable and Blu-Ray player in each bedroom, as well as the living room and the loft. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth sound bar, sizable capacity washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, kitchen appliances, dual-zone central AC/heating system and ceiling fans in each room.

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
