About the Area

Located on a river, this vacation home is in Downtown Wilmington, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Burgwin-Wright House and Latimer House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation. When to visit & When to book:

  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Wrightsville Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
