Bring your enormous group to this peaceful hideaway close to everything! You'll get to stay in a comfortable cabin at the beach with its own guest home and outdoor shower. With three beds, a fold out queen couch and a twin trundle bed you have enough room for all your friends and family. Short bicycle ride to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, 5 min drive to downtown and a just a short drive to the beaches! Back yard is fenced in and very private with a gate between properties. A very unique property!
The space
The primary bedroom has a California king with en suite bathroom. Washer and dryer are in the primary bathroom.

Second bedroom has a queen bed with a half bathroom just out in the hall.

The sleeper couch folds out into a queen sized bed in the living room/kitchen.

There is also a twin sized trundle bed and a giant bean bag that can be opened up into a bed.

Guest home has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom.

Guests are more than welcome to any part of the property except the garage.

Greenfield Lake Estates, a neighborhood in Wilmington, is home to this vacation home. Greenfield Lake Amphitheater and Cameron Art Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Legion Stadium and City Stage Theatre.   • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
