This four-bedroom, three-bath home is charmingly decorated, with central heat and air, freshly redecorated and open living and dining areas with tons of seating, a well-equipped kitchen, and new living room and dining room furnishings. The kitchen has a microwave, a brand new dishwasher, an assortment of modest appliances that include a single-serving Keurig, a 12-pot drip coffee maker, and a slow cooker.
