Appreciate a Holden Beach vacation at this cheerful oceanfront home! This 5 bedroom (3K, 1Q, 1F, 1T) Hobbs Intelligent Home with an inverted floor plan offers private beach access, a private pool (open from Easter - October), and a hot tub. The screened-in porch and sundeck provide plenty of ocean vistas, sunshine, and breezes. A second living area downstairs and flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms means everybody has plenty of room to relax! There is a cargo lift for guests to use to transport bags and groceries. This lift is not designed to carry people. Please read and follow all posted instructions.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun.   • Summer months are the most expensive season in Holden Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save on your rental home.
