*Our unit is not handicap accessible. There are two short flights of stairs to access our unit. Please know you do have to walk up steps. Once inside, the unit is one floor.
*This is a condo, meaning common areas such as the backyard and breezeway are shared.
*The building is comprised of 2 units. One unit is ours and the other is home to a full-time resident. Please be aware of that.
*Other spaces such as the outdoor shower and storage room, as well as the unit itself are not shared with anyone else.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Carolina Beach Yacht Club and Marina.
