Prepare your favorite meals in the completely outfitted kitchen and savor as you gather in the breakfast nook or the dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and TV so you can stay up-to-date on favorite shows. The en suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and painless access from the master or the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the hall includes a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom is styled with two twin-size beds ideal for the kids. There is a pull out couch bed in the main living area as well.

The downstairs unit is completely updated and resembles that of a Home Decor magazine! No expense was spared with this complete overhaul- including new floor, walls/tile, decor, furnishings, modren appliances, and more! There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
