Catch phenomenal sunrise vistas from the front porch before loading up the wagon and strolling less than a block to the beach. The 30th Place West Dock is less than two blocks behind the home. Evenings can be appreciated roasting s'mores around the wood-burning firepit in the yard.

As a new addition to the vacation rental market, the home's immaculate interior is complimentary from everyday wear and tear. All the furnishings and appliances have seen little use and are sure to provide ultimate, carefree comfort. The stainless steel full kitchen makes it painless to plan and prepare home-cooked meals.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
