This freshly upgraded outdoor space now features a brand new entirely fenced yard, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both your beloved family pets and energetic kids to roam and play freely. There is a breathtaking footbridge over the marsh that is the ideal spot for a memorable photo. Middleton Park is two and a half miles from the home. Other great attractions include Oak Island Pier, Oak Island Lighthouse, Odell Williamson Auditorium, Old Baldy Lighthouse and Smith Island Museum, and Rivers Edge Golf Club and Plantation.

One of the main attractions of this home is definitely its original artwork and vintage prints throughout. The air-conditioned living area offers a marvelous spot to spread out comfortably and relax with your appreciated ones. Curl up on your favorite couch and watch a favorite show or movie on the enormous TV. The bright and airy kitchen is completely equipped with all the essentials, including modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, a dry bar, and an attached laundry room with a washer/dryer. The kitchen island adds additional dining space to the adjoining dining table. This level also grants you access to an broad deck where you can relax. The primary suite enjoys a chic seating area and a cavernous en suite bathroom with a giant bathtub, double vanity, and a pretty walk-in shower. There is a cute bunk bedroom that would be ideal for the kiddos!
