Single Family Retreat on Stilts. Recently added 1000 square foot+ deck overlooking firepit offers exceptional vistas of the surrounding area. Downstairs has new paver patio that provides outdoor coastal living at is best. Upstairs has 3 BR 2 BA ~ 1485 Square Ft. Downstairs is ~ 3000 Square Ft of covered space with Porch Swings, Fire Pit, BBQ Grille, and Audio Entertainment System, and downstairs bath. All areas have colored lights that the guests control as they want. Close to the beach and ICW, this home is centrally located on the Island for simple access to all shopping, dining, and other attractions. The home sleeps 6 comfortably. If more than 6 guests, please contact us for additional costs of $85/guest/nighttime

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Caswell Beach and Bay Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Look for your local Wrightsville Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property.   • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it.
