• At Check-in, note any damages to the property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
• Respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.

• When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a terrific time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
