Parking is located in the parking garage under the home. Rent bicycles, golf carts, drive within 10 mins. or less to Historic Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium. Downtown Wilmington is about 15-25 mins. away (depending on traffic!).

  • To find the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.   • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance.   • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
