Totally equipped inside and out, this home is designed with group gatherings in mind. The two-story interior features modern and causal décor and high-end features with plenty of space for guests to spread out in comfort. Outdoor living abounds at Luna’s Sea with broad porches along the front and back of this home. The front features sunset vistas, the grazing deer in the salty marsh, and a plethora of sea birds. The back decks offer sunrise vistas of the glistening canal, boats, docks, fish, and soaring pelicans! Head up to the rooftop crows nest for 360-degree vistas of the island. Make your way down to the ground level covered patio complete with string lights, a gas grille, a enormous picnic area, your own dock with a sun deck, a private outdoor shower with dressing room and a separate storage room to home your beach chairs, bicycles, and body boards. A sun deck connected to the private dock offers constructed-in, waterfront seating.

The first floor features three bedrooms and a laundry closet. At the front of the home, a cavernous primary suite includes a private bath with a opulent soaking tub and shower, a walk-in closet, and direct access to a breezy and private screened-in porch with a hammock. The second guest room and bunk room share access to a full, hall bathroom also located on this level.
