The first floor has a bedroom with a queen and a single and the second bedroom has a queen with a private bathroom. The second floor has two baths and two bedrooms with a queen and single in the first and a queen in the second. You'll have central AC, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a cable TV, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. Other amenities include open and covered porches, a fish sink, an outside shower, a walkway to the beach, and parking under the home.

When to visit & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To get the best rental for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
