Appreciate breezes from the ocean just 1/2 block away and sunsets over the sound only one short block away while rocking on the porch of this classic 1940's Beach Cottage. This bright and open main floor suite features two bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Twin), and a single bath. A roomy living room with a sleeper couch is open to a roomy kitchen and separate dining area. The home has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the ground floor by the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. Take a break and relax in the garden swing or grille out in the fenced-in backyard. Ample off-street parking is in front of the home.

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Wrightsville Beach Museum of History and Cameron Art Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House.
