Céad Míle Fáilte, "A hundred thousand welcomes" awaits you at this spectacular boulevard heaven! This handsome Hobbs Intelligent Home features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a game room for the whole family to savor! Each bedroom has a TV for your enjoyment and the game room includes a couch, enormous TV, air hockey table and a foosball table! An inverted floor plan maximizes the sweeping ocean, marsh and canal vistas from the upper living area, kitchen, and decks. The kitchen is entirely supplied with everything you could need for preparing gourmet meals including an Instant Pot and a waffle maker.

Appreciate your own private swimming pool or walk to the beach. Public beach access is close, just east of the home at 917 OBW. Céad Míle Fáilte can be rented with the sister property next door at 932 OBW. Great for family get-togethers or just a vacation with your closest friends. Telephone our office for details about renting both homes together. Early check-in/late check-out options are not available in this home.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Reserve your rental in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
