Unwind in the private pool or appreciate the handsome ocean vistas from the decks of this oceanfront home. The living, dining and kitchen areas are located on the first floor with a pull out couch bed (linens not supplied, but can be rented) and one full bath. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor . King bed with jetted tub in the master suite, daybed with trundle and two other bedrooms each with a queen bed. Other amenities include wood floors in the living/kitchen/dining area, stainless appliances, granite countertops, fireplace, open and covered porch, WIFI. Enclosed H/C Outside Shower and a walkway to the beach.

  • Summer time is high season in Holden Beach. To get the best rental within budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.

  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
