Parking rules: 3 cars MAX. One in the garage, one under porch and one behind that car if you need additional. No double parking under the porch and no parking in the middle between duplex. Owner sign for designated parking must not be moved.
- For any additional cars or parking, you will need to park your car on the street and pay for additional parking.
- We'd like to let you know that the lower-level apartment is occasionally used by the owner. Rest assured, this space is not available to renters, so your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. The upper level where you'll be staying is all yours to appreciate, with its own separate entrance and amenities.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
