Southport is tucked away on the southeastern coast of North Carolina offering you the chance to vacation in a modest, handsome, historic fishing community that really is idyllic. The condo (located across from the Morningstar Marina) provides you a relaxing space that is just a short walk away from the Southport Historic Yacht Basin and downtown business district. The condo features intelligent TVs throughout (3 total), a comfortable king size bed in the primary (en suite) bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a huge accessible step-in shower. There are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom with private access to a bath that has a huge whirlpool soaking tub with shower. There are 9" grab bars in both bathing areas and a shower bench and elevated toilet seat are available for those who may need additional accommodations. All linens/towels are supplied. Each bedroom has a sizable walk-in closet to store all your belongings.
The living room area has a couch, recliner and 3 comfortable chairs providing plenty of seating options. There is a 4-chair dining area with a glass top table and a bar area with 4 barstools.
The kitchen is outfitted with dishes, pots, pans, glasses and coffee mugs providing all the essential housewares required for your extended stay. A convection glass top stove/oven provides you the opportunity to prepare and bake if you choose to stay in instead of going out to the local eateries. There are 2 electrical coffee makers (12 cup drip and Keurig single cup), and a french press. A toaster, kettle, and microwave are also included.
Additional features include washer/dryer, WiFi, Cable TV, elevator access, and reserved covered 2 car bay and additional parking in the back parking lot. If your family requires additional sleeping arrangements, a queen size deluxe Aerobed with linens is available upon request.
