Freshly refreshed rental for 2024! This elegant beach home is in a prime location – steps from the beach, and close to Bald Head Island Club. It features a reverse floor plan, offering spectacular ocean vistas from the deck, living, and dining areas on the upper floor. Cavernous decks are on both floors.
The kitchen and living area have newly been modernized and painted. The upper floor deck also includes a 48” stainless steel gas grille that can handle outdoor cooking for the biggest of families or groups.
Two master suites, and two other bedrooms all have ocean vistas and three of them also have direct deck access. One bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, with twin beds on top and queen size beds on the bottom. The other three bedrooms have king size beds.
Wireless internet access is supplied throughout the home. The living area includes a 55" TV and a Sonos sound bar with Bluetooth audio connectivity. TVs are in all bedrooms.
Bikes and beach gear are included in the roomy ground floor garage and storage area. The home comes with one 6-seat and one 4-seat golf cart.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking your Wrightsville Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask your host about your furry family members before booking.

  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
