This new townhome constructed in 2023 has 3 bedrooms, accomodating up to 8 guests (2 kings, 1 queen, and 1 full bed) as well as 2 full baths and 1 half bath. This property is located in a peaceful neighborhood but not far from all the activities Carolina Beach and Kure Beach have to offer. The main floor consists of an broad living room with a couch, adore seat, and two rattan chairs. The living room also includes a table and chairs to play games, work on puzzles, or have a dedicated workspace. Some games and puzzles are supplied to help spend quality time with family and friends. 4) Log out of any personal streaming services on the TVs, please try not to log out of the supplied Netflix account
5) Rinse off and return all beach accessories and the two hammocks to the outdoor storage closet
6) Place all garbage and recycling in the bins outside. Please roll bins to the end of the driveway
7) Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure you haven’t forgotten anything before locking the front door and outdoor storage closet
