Adorably decorated 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo 100 steps from the beach (not ocean front) Located on the North End of the island you will be steps to the Carolina Beach Pier and Freeman Park. The famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk is approx 1 mile away. In 20 mins. you can be in Historic Downtown Wilmington. Complete with Washer Dryer, King Size memory foam bed, Full size Couch Bed(which is best for kids and typically not adults), Dishes, Pots and Pans, Bath Towels (beach towels are not supplied), Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker. Patio seating for 4, Pool, Roku TV (you can log in to your Netflix, HBO and Prime accounts if you wish) Board Games, DVD's.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is in the city center. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. To get the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.

• Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
