Spectacular ocean vistas await you in this pretty second row home with elevator, private pool and beach access directly across the street. The inverted floor plan offers open concept living, dining and kitchen areas ideal for gatherings of family and friends. Includes a gas fireplace for winter guests. The huge modern kitchen is completely equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a gas prepare top. Dining table seats 10 and the eating counter seats 4. Home has 5 bedrooms each with a private bath. Wood floors throughout except for tile in the bathrooms. Master bath has enormous shower that is handicap-friendly (a wheelchair can be rolled into the shower). Plenty of deck and porch space to savor the sun or shade. Flat screen TV's throughout, expanded cable, WIFI, high chair, pack-n-play, laundry room. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, picnic table, charcoal grille, deck and porch chairs.
