Kitchen is completely equipped with dinning table for 8 and very huge counter top that seats 10 very comfortably with stools. glass tile back splash. 2 fridges, dishwasher. electric range, w/d, charcoal grille outside. HDTV. Wifi and plasma Tv with Cable in all Rooms. 2 king. 3 queen, 1 BR with 3 dbl, 1 br with 3 singles, 1 br 2singles and 1 BR with dbl and a twin. Threee bedrooms face the ocean. Great ocean breezes. Deck expanded since picture. Goes to end of walkway. Great for weddings fellowship and corporate events. Appreciate your business family owned and managed. • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Ocean Isle Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
• When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
