Welcome to The Secret Spot, a handsome canal home in Ocean Isle. Located just a short walk from the beach this home has 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, accommodating up to 8 people. This home is ideal for calming, recharging and creating memories with your favorite people.
The space
As you enter the home you will find an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. On each side of the living area there are 2 separate bedrooms with 1 full bath in between. Below the home is a huge outdoor living space that includes a Intelligent TV with cable, couch, sink, an additional refrigerator, and ½ bath. Open all the garage doors to feel the breeze, a ideal place to relax!

Getting the best rental home experience:

Sticking to a rental budget:

• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. • Add the property manager's information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.

• Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would back home.

• Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
• Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
