You can wake up to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and a handsome sunrise from our condo! Walk to many local eateries for a great meal is fast and painless. This two elevator building makes your vacation a VACATION. Use the included bags carts for simple loading and unloading.

There are many local activities available in the summer. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk offers carnival rides as well as many interesting stores and eateries. Get some sun as you pedal leisurely around Carolina Beach Lake in a single or double paddle boat, or pick up speed in a barracuda bicycle or a kayak. The Lake park also includes a weekly farmers market on Saturdays. There's also Movies-at-the-lake and fireworks at the close by fishing pier. You are also just a short drive to Fort Fisher for NC Aquarium, a Civil War Museum, and Recreation Area.

When to go & When to book:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To get the most suitable rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• In the Wrightsville Beach area, The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a terrific stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
