Chase the Dream II is a pretty and roomy home just steps from the shining water of Ocean Isle Beach. Six bedrooms with a king size bed and bathroom for each. Sit back and appreciate the casual ambiance while appreciating your morning coffee or an evening conversation from the cavernous covered decks. This home has an elevator to make moving from floor to floor a breeze. A new pool was added for the 2024 season, so get your sunscreen ready. The pool can be heated for $100/day.  This is a privately owned home and is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.

Chase the Dream II has freshly been purchased & added to our inventory. The owner has installed all new furnishings, carpet, linens, as well as new HVAC systems.

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be included at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

Ocean Isle Beach is home to this vacation home. When to visit & When to book:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Ocean Isle Beach. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Wrightsville Beach attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local Wrightsville Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, travel guides have deals for local tours, shops, and attractions.

  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is regularly available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property owner before booking your rental. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to establish which bed configuration is optimal for your trip.
  • Are you visiting for a single event? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Advice for a wonderful stay:

  • Add the host's information to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.

  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of difficulties.
  • Be respectful. Frequently, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to compel more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
